Reports

•  The Day breakdown report will now break out overtime 1 and 2 in to separate columns for each day •  For job code period reports, the ability to filter the reports by job code to only include the ones you are interested in was added •  Added Future Cost of Accruals report •  Added sub total by job code to the Cost Code Summary and the Cost Code Summary by individual reports •  Added absent count total to the absent report •  Added the Job Code Group Detail and Summary reports which can give punch detail or summary information by job code groups •  Added the job split report •  Added shift notes to the complete payroll report •  Added the ability to print reports to HTML for easy e-mailing and viewing on the local Intranet or Internet

Accruals

•  When adding an accrual rule to the rule list you can set a starting and ending day for the accrual •  You can import accrual totals •  You now have the ability to configure accrual caps and resets •  Accrual forecasting was added to the edit hours screen to forecast the accruals taken and accrued for the current week •  Added ability to prevent accruals from accruing for an employee, before reaching their hire date

On-Screen TimeClock™

•  The On-Screen TimeClock last punch command shows more information about the last punch including job code, cost code, and tracked fields •  You now can use a serial scanner with the On-Screen TimeClock •  You have the ability to determine employee id by network id •  You have the ability to set different configuration settings for the On-screen TimeClock •  Added the Access tab to the On-Screen TimeClock to configure restrictions •  Ability to view accruals from the On-Screen TimeClock

WinRemote™

(Employee Access Terminal Controller)

•  WinRemote can now use a separate company for each of its ports •   Auto set the baud rate of the terminal through the WinRemote software •   Set Quick Punch operation after X seconds from the last QP operation •  WinRemote modules now have management ids that are associated with user ids •  You now have the ability to view accruals from the terminal
