Schedules may be created for individual employees on a day-by-day basis. Projected hours based on scheduled times are displayed for management use in controlling labor. Employee requests are displayed along with availability for convenience.

Schedules may be created from a specific list of employees based on the department or job code under which they normally work. Templates can be created on a per department basis, and copied to individual employees to save time.

TimeClock Plus uses the Scheduler to give up-to-the-second reports on things such as tardies and absences. One may also choose to schedule Sick days, Vacation days or any other job code up to six months in advance.
