A complete list of employees is easily available showing employees' hours accrued
thus far during this pay period so as to determine who might be called into work
when the need arises, without forcing them into overtime, thus controlling labor
costs. One may click on the Hours column (or any other column) to sort according
to its heading. By setting Criteria, one can filter the list by department,
classification, job or pay code, or many other fields. Results displayed for
employees already earning overtime for the week will be listed
in red text allowing management to make sound decisions at a glance.
