Battery Backup		 
To prevent costly and confusing downtime, our RDT 100 and 200 Series terminals can be fitted with an optional Battery Backup. The compact package lies hidden in the wall mount behind the clock and provides alternate power to an RDT 100 or 200 Series terminal for up to 1.5 hours during a power outage.

Though real-time is it's normal operational state, the RDT 100 or 200 Series terminal with Battery Backup seamlessly continues to collect employees' clock transactions in the unfortunate case of a power outage.
