Using Professional Edition's On-Screen TimeClock, employees perform time clock transactions from the convenience of each of their individual workstations. Day to day employee time keeping functions are performed in just a matter of seconds, whether clocking in/out, going on/off break, changing departments, changing cost codes, etc, making employees' task of time recording as seamless and uneventful as possible.

TimeClock Plus can be installed on PCs enterprise-wide, without intruding on the normal use of workstations. To further simplify employees' time tracking process, TimeClock Plus can run automatically at login creating a convenient user experience for employees. Throughout the workday, employees call up the On-Screen TimeClock as needed. Using the On-Screen TimeClock, employees have full access to perform clock transactions, from their own desk, with a few clicks of the mouse.

Using TimeClock Manager™, management can administer employee records with ease; whether they need to add a new employee, or check to see who has clocked in or should have, but hasn't! All reporting and editing can be done using the TimeClock Manager from any authorized workstation on the network, from across the building, or across the country. 

Clock transactions & data are written immediately to the confines of your network drive, thus included in scheduled network backups, securing vital employee information. Management can administer employee records with ease; whether they need to add or edit a shift, create next week's schedule using TimeClock Scheduler™, or process reports for payroll.

TimeClock Plus Professional Edition is well equipped to manage the complex levels of time keeping needed in corporate environments. Additionally, many modules are available to supplement client needs such as: Multi-Company employee tracking, extremely flexible pay rule enforcement using the Shift Differential module, and our optional Job Cost module for production and floor labor tracking.

In addition to our powerful desktop application, we also have solutions for remote or mobile employees who do not have normal access to site-based solutions.
