TimeClock Manager - Who's Hereā„¢

Who's Here is essentially a dashboard providing a snap shot of the vital signs of an entire organization's workforce. With TimeClock Plus, real-time labor tracking is made evident through the use of tools such as the Who's Here list. Employees are listed, in the order of your preference, showing you who has checked into their respective departments up-to-the-second, at any time during the pay period.

Managers using the Who's Here list are restricted to viewing only those employees assigned by the TimeClock Plus administrator.

Using the Criteria filter, the resulting information can be focused on a limited group of employees.

By choosing convenient tabs along the top of the tool, managers can choose to view:

  • employees who are clocked in
  • employees who are on break
  • employee who have been clocked out automatically
  • employees who have not yet clocked in
  • the last punch performed by any company employee.

When TimeClock Scheduler is utilized, the Who's Here list shows absentees at a glance. The Call List provides contact information for all employees, along with their accumulated time thus far during the work week.

Using the Call List, when additional labor is necessary whether through absence of another or other reasons, managers can control overtime by calling in those employees who are not nearing overtime.
