Individual Employee Scheduling

In the TimeClock Scheduler™ application, the Individual Schedule screen provides the tools necessary for creating a schedule. Here, schedules may be quickly entered and saved to a template to re-use later. The total hours scheduled for each day will appear and a breakdown of those hours will also be provided (showing how many of those hours will be regular and how many of those hours, if any, will be overtime). Any schedule requests submitted by the employee for a day in the selected period will also appear, letting you know that, for example, a request for vacation or for leaving early is imminent.

Double clicking on a cell will open a window where the user may enter a start date, start time, end time, and job code. With the press of a button, users may schedule an employee Off, On Call, or Open (able to clock in at any time without restriction that day). Shift Pools (pre-defined start and end times) may also be entered with the press of a button. Once a shift is scheduled, it can be dragged and dropped to another day instead of re-entering the same shift, which can save a lot of time.
