TimeClock Scheduler™ provides employee scheduling capabilities allowing management
to create an
individual
employee schedule, or a complete, company wide employee schedule. That schedule
may be used by the
TimeClock Manager
to monitor and restrict employee time attendance information such as clock in /
clock out sessions depending on the criteria desired. It is also used as the basis
in measuring and reporting tardies and absences.
TimeClock Scheduler also offers the ability to forecast labor costs and labor cost
as a percentage of sales, track employee attendance related to tardiness and absenteeism,
and generate a scheduled vs. actual report to help forecast and manage future schedules.
Management may also import/export to and from the schedule and drag & drop shifts
as needed.
