Complex Shift Premiums and Differentials
 
 Commonly used among health care professionals, the Shift Differential module allows for shift premiums or rate differentials to be added to employee shifts that are worked. The Shift Differential Module can automatically change the job or pay codes under which employees are clocked in, and at specific times, add a premium, or multiply by a pre-set factor for that shift. These premiums can be limited to specific days of the week where necessary. Multiple 24-hour shift periods within one company may be configured when complex employee scheduling and time tracking are required.
