TimeClock Plus™ 6.0 Professional Edition automates the management, collection, and distribution of employee hours in undelayed real-time, offering a snapshot-in-time of any company for labor control, payroll and employee self-service. TimeClock Plus boasts robust and highly flexible configuration abilities to accommodate today's business needs for powerful and accurate labor management solutions. Management can create and enforce simple or highly complex pay rules increasing timekeeping accuracy and reducing unwanted overtime within an organization. By collecting and calculating employee time clock information automatically and in real-time, TimeClock Plus saves your payroll staff costly time, and significantly reduces the risk of payroll inflation errors.

6.0 Professional may now be deployed with our new Automation Utility. Using this powerful add-on module, managers can have frontline information delivered automatically via email, as a file, or in hard copy print. Using the Automation Utility, one can:

  • automate the creation of TimeClock Plus exports for supported payroll packages
  • automate the creation of PDF, Office OpenXML, and HTML files for TimeClock Plus reports on a set schedule
  • e-mail the output of an automation to one or more email addresses
  • place the output of an automation in the file system. For example, a complete payroll report could be scheduled to print to PDF every night and be saved in C:\NightlyReports. The automation file names can be configured so that they will not overwrite the previous output.

Organizations that have developed MSDE applications will find it easy to move to SQL Server 2005 Express. SQL Server 2005 Express includes the new SQL Server 2005 database engine enhancements and a new graphical user interface (GUI) tool called SQL Server 2005 Management Studio Express Edition. SQL Server 2005 Express is integrated with Microsoft Visual Studio, which facilitates the design and development of database applications.
