TimeClock Plus WebClock™ 3.0, a companion to TimeClock Plus 6.0, allows employees to login and perform a wide range of clock operations from any computer with internet access.

After WebClock is installed on the server, deploying it to employees' workstations is as simple as sending out the web link. The WebClock can either be published for public access outside the network or restricted to workstations inside your private network – either way, an employee will be able to access TimeClock Plus functions from any supported web browser (Internet Explorer 6.0+, Firefox 2.0 +, Google Chrome, or Safari).

WebClock gives employees the option to:

  1. Clock In / Clock Out / Go on Break
  2. Enter time sheets
  3. Change job code / cost code
  4. View hours
  5. Approve hours
  6. Review schedule
  7. View accrual balances
  8. Request time-off / schedule changes
  9. Split shifts

WebClock must be installed on a web server with one of the following supported Microsoft operating systems with Internet Information Server (IIS):

  • Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 3
  • Windows Server 2003
  • Windows Vista Home Premium
  • Windows Vista Ultimate
  • Windows Server 2008
