A real-time list of employees is easily available showing employees' hours accrued thus far during this pay period so as to determine who might be called into work when the need arises. The ability to see a departmental snapshot is invaluable when additional labor is necessary without forcing them into overtime thus controlling labor costs.
Each column can be sorted by clicking its heading. Clicking on the Hours column will result in a reorganized list of employees in descending order of hours earned, up-to-the-minute.
By setting Criteria, one can filter the list by department, classification, job or pay code, or many other fields. Results displayed for employees already earning overtime for the week will be listed in red text allowing management to make sound decisions at a glance.
