Employee schedules may be created using pre-defined shift pools (known positions within the company
which must be covered during each shift), preset shifts (known shifts which match
the majority of needed coverage), or manual entry of start-stop times and descriptions.
The screen below shows a schedule being created for an employee on a day-by-day
basis. Projected hours based on scheduled times are displayed for management use
in controlling labor. Employee requests are displayed along with availability for
convenience.
Schedules may be created from a specific list of employees based on the department
or job code under which they normally work. Templates can be created on a per department
basis, and copied to individual employees to save time.
TimeClock Plus uses the Scheduler to give up-to-the-second reports on things such
as tardies and absences. One may also choose to schedule Sick days, Vacation days
or any other job code up to six months in advance!
