Essentially the administrative backbone of TimeClock Plus, TimeClock Manager is
used to control almost every facet of company time and attendance. Tasks such as
editing employee hours,
adding or editing employee's profiles,
the generation of labor reports
as well as the performance of other administrative tasks such as
accrual
management
are all done from within TimeClock Manager.
With easy tools to use like the
Who's Here
utility, and the
Call List,
supervisors have a virtual labor dashboard, shown in undelayed real-time to manage
costly labor. Using TimeClock Manager, employee hours can also be transfered to
most
payroll packages
using our
export procedure
.
As employees are designated as managers, they are added to TimeClock Manager as
Users, and each is granted particular rights and roles. As such, department managers
may be restricted to only those employees assigned to that department while supervisors
in the same department may be limited to only those employees on his or her team.
Using TimeClock Manager, depending on User permissions supervisors can view, add,
edit or remove shifts for an employee, team, department or even company-wide.
