TimeClock Plus Small Business Edition (SBE)
is designed to fulfill the needs of growing businesses. Employee time and attendance tracking
is kept simple through the use of our On-Screen TimeClock™. Each employee is able
to perform needed time clock transactions, as well as employee self-service functions
from the convenience of their own computer workstation. For those employees without
access to a computer, we offer our
Remote Data Terminals
(RDT) as a powerful alternative to the On-Screen TimeClock. RDTs may be used throughout
the work place and come in a variety of models including those which utilize biometric
authentication to verify employee identity.
Once installed, TimeClock Plus may be accessed
by employees at workstations throughout the work place without intruding on their
normal day to day operations. Employees have complete access to perform
time clock transactions and employee self-service functions with a few clicks of
the mouse. Employees enjoy the ability to clock in and out, or go on break, change
job code or department, view schedules, request time off and even view accumulated
hours by shift or pay period. Designed with simplicity for employees in mind, the
Small Business Edition is the smart business person's choice for employee time keeping
software.
Managers utilize
TimeClock Manager to
access the vital employee information needed to control labor costs and
overtime
without delay. Labor management tools such as the
Who's Here™
list offers management a
"real-time"
snapshot of current labor operations. Whether you are managing employees' time records,
transferring data to your
payroll
application, or scheduling employees through the TimeClock Plus Scheduler, our user-friendly
interfaces reduce the hassle normally associated with employee time tracking. Unlike
most time and attendance systems, the deployment of TimeClock Plus is simple and
easily maintained.
Because SBE is built on client-server architecture, it can be utilized throughout
an office LAN or organizational wide-area network (WAN) without the delays sometimes
associated with web based products. Employee time clock transactions and their associated
data are immediately written to the employee database, thus reducing the risk of
loss of vital information. Supervisors and payroll personnel enjoy the availability
of real-time
reports,
giving them convenient access to up-to-the-minute employee labor information
at any point during a shift, work day, work week or pay period.
