TimeClock Plus Web Edition™ is a comprehensive
web based employee time and attendance application that allows both employees and
management alike to take advantage of the ease and convenience of web-based accessibility.
While built strictly for the web, Web Edition maintains robust management capability
with a full featured employee interface. All administrative, supervisory and employee
functions are fully web-based.
Built on the .NET 2.0 platform for use with Microsoft IIS, most of the features
that our more traditional client-server products have are integrated, including
Who's Here, Job Costing, Shift Differential, and many more.
Once you've added Web Edition to your web server, deployment of the application
to your supervisors and employees is as simple as sending them a link.
Features of Web Edition include:
- Limited footprint; no client installations.
- Employee hours may be managed from any location with access to your website.
- Employees can perform clocking transactions from any PC with access to your website
through our web-based On-Screen TimeClock.
- TimeClock Plus core products such as the TimeClock Manager, Scheduler, and Auto
Update applications have been fully integrated.
- TimeClock Plus Series 100/200 Remote Data Terminals and peripherals are fully supported
with Web Edition.*
- LDAP Authentication is supported.
- Interfaces with most popular payroll and HR packages.
* Requires local installation of hardware controller.
TimeClock Manager allows administrators to enter employee information, edit hours,
track who's here, approve hours and many other day to day functions. In addition
to these features, managers also have access to a wide range of
reports
including Payroll, Job Costing, Scheduling, and many others. TimeClock Manager now
includes full integration with many of the modules available in our client-server
versions including Payroll Interface modules, special hour calculation modules,
and many more.
TimeClock Scheduler provides scheduling capabilities that allow management to create/view
an individual employee schedule, or a complete company-wide schedule. That schedule
may then be used by TimeClock Manager to monitor and restrict clock in/out operations
depending on the level of control and criteria desired. The schedule is also used
by the TimeClock Manager as the basis when reporting tardies and absences. The TimeClock
Scheduler offers the ability to forecast hourly Labor Cost and Labor Cost as a Percentage
of Sales, track Tardiness and Absenteeism, and generate a Scheduled vs. Actual Hours
report to help forecast and manage future schedules. Management may also import/export
to and from the schedule, and drag and drop shifts as needed.
Our web-based On-Screen TimeClock allows employees many self service options which
include clocking in/out, going on/off break, changing departments, changing cost
codes, viewing hours, schedule, etc.
