to request new features or suggest modifications to existing features. Your use
of this form is conditional upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions below.
We value your input. TimeClock Plus is the direct result of recommendations
and requests received over the years by those who know best -- You, the employer.
Each feature request submitted is added to our ongoing list, and our product
development team constantly monitors these requests. Those deemed worthy may be
implemented in a mid-release update, or may be slated for deployment in the next
major release. Please note that we are unable to reply to each of the requests we
receive.
This form is for submitting ideas only. This form is not for technical support comments
or questions. For help with TimeClock Plus products, go to the
support main page.
Please submit one idea or request at a time. All fields are required.

Terms and Conditions
You agree that any feature request, concept, or other information you provide to
TimeClock Plus below ("Idea"), is or will be under and subject to the conditions
set forth herein. You represent and affirm that you have read and understand these
terms. You represent and affirm that you are 18 years of age or older. You agree
that by submitting your Idea, you acknowledge and agree that any such Idea is non-confidential,
and that TimeClock Plus has no obligation to return anything submitted, respond
to, act on, or confirm receipt of your Idea. You warrant that no other person or
corporation has a property interest in the submitted Idea. You understand and acknowledge
that TimeClock Plus may itself be developing and creating similar Ideas, and/or
that TimeClock Plus may have received or may someday receive similar Ideas from
others, and that existing or planned products and services independently developed
without use of your Idea may contain Ideas or concepts similar or identical to those
you submit. You acknowledge and agree that your submission shall not preclude TimeClock
Plus from developing or acquiring such Ideas without obligation to you. Notwithstanding
anything to the contrary herein, TimeClock Plus shall be free to use any Idea that
you submit on a perpetual, royalty-free basis, for any purpose whatsoever, including
use, modification, display, and normal or non-standard distribution, and/or in the
development, manufacture, marketing, and maintenance of TimeClock Plus products
and services without any obligation to your or others.
