Editing and Adding Employee Hours

TimeClock Manager - Adding or Editing Hours

Authorized personnel can easily view or edit employee hours, by simply right-clicking or double-clicking the hours in question. New records may also be added as needed. In all instances, an audit trail is created when an employee record is manually edited, and a permanent, unchangeable employee log is stored for later viewing for the protection of both management and the employee.

Hours may be edited in various ways; simply select the desired shift and select the user-friendly editing functions. In addition to the common reasons time edits are needed, TimeClock Plus® allows managers to split shifts and assign each segment to different departments as needed.

Employee breaks can be easily inserted when an employee forgets to punch in or out, and timesheet entries can also be made by simply designating a start time and the total hours desired for the shift.
