Your TimeClock Plus Professional Service’s team does more than show you how to put our software to use. We will work alongside you and your organization to ensure success in every aspect of your day-to-day operations. We do this to accomplish our mission of setting you up for success. This includes a customized set-up for your organization to experience a streamlined time and attendance automation with real-time tracking. This is achieved by working one-on-one with an on-site implementation team or allowing us to handle all of your time and attendance needs remotely with experts who are trained to address your specific needs with precise solutions.


Your TimeClock Plus Professional Service’s team will work with you individually to ensure the installation and configuration processes are completed in a timely manner. You can choose to work with the implementation team on-site, where our experts will work face-to-face with you through the discovery phase where we learn in depth about your organization’s business practices, or through the delivery phase where we can walk your team through configurations and conduct in person trainings for your managers and employees. Additionally, if you are looking for a more cost effective solution, we can work with your team remotely by providing a dedicated team to meet with you on a weekly basis to help your system be deployed as quickly possible.

The Project Lifecycle


The Initiation Phase is used to develop the service strategy for the project by performing the Project Kickoff Meeting which discusses the scope of work to be performed and lays out expectations for communication and a high-level overview of the project.


The Discovery Phase is used to assist in refining the service strategy and generating service design using interviews, business needs analysis, and a thorough review of business rules to generate project requirements.

Remote or On-Site Training

Your TimeClock Plus Professional Service’s training team will walk you through all methods of the training process including basic employee training, payroll training, and intermediate training on the supervisor and management functions of the system. These areas can be covered by our training team either on-site or remotely. Additionally, TimeClock Plus also offers a “Train the Trainer” program starting with the basic training of clocking terminal functions to the interworking’s of the v7 software, this method will give you the ability to know all aspects of system so you can have your own in house TimeClock Plus trainer to teach current and new employees about v7.

Multimedia Service

TimeClock Plus offers multimedia videos to share with your organization. These videos can demonstrate a couple of options such as how to enroll your employees in the RDTg clock or training employees how to perform clock operations such as clocking in and out, changing job codes, and requesting time off.
