You and Your Team
You and your team are vital contributors to the success of your implementation. We will ask a lot of questions about your complex business to guarantee that we deliver a personalized solution that works for you; and we’ll ensure you become a TimeClock Plus expert along the way!
The Implementation Process
Our goal is to create a profile of business activity, outlining attributes and requirements for the service which will become our service level requirements. Using these foundational business needs, we will draft a project plan - outlining scope, resources, and timelines. This process will be a joint exercise and become the baseline for service delivery during the implementation.
Your TimeClock Plus Professional Services team will work with you individually to ensure the installation and configuration processes are completed in a timely manner and within the predefined scope of work. You can choose to work with the project implementation team on-site, where our experts will collaborate face-to-face with your stakeholders or remotely via scheduled project calls.
The Initiation Phase is used to develop the service strategy for the project by performing the Project Kickoff Meeting, which discusses the scope of work to be performed, lays out expectations for communication and provides a high-level overview of the project.
